Drive 1 failed - Legacy Drives not showing content

Post by BarendG »

Hi All

Hope you guys can give me some guidance.

I have a TS-653P with 3 drive config. Main Drive - Bay1 / Movie drive - Bay2 / Series Drive - Bay3

Drive one failed and I purchased 2 replacement drives that I inserted in bay 1 and 2 with RAID 1. Once set up, i add my movie drive and series drive in by 3 and 4 respectively.

issue u have is that I can see drive 3 and 4, but can't but I don't have access to the info and files on it.

Please advise if there is a way to get access to the data again please.

Thanks in advance

Try the "recover" option in the disk management ..

and running single drives, you should have been prepared to lose your drives at any time (no redundancy) .. so backups are needed (even with raid)
