Hi Forum,
I have a recurrent issue with SSD4 which is part of a RAID configuration with a second SSD
the SSD gets disconnected from time to time and the only way to get it back in the system is to reboot the system.
Would someone have had the same issue and managed to fix it ?
Thanks
L

No idea if it's related, but with that model I'd keep any WiFi router or access point at a distance.

Do you think SSD is removed due to RF interference?
In German forum there are some threads with similiar issues, different NAS devices, QTS and QuTS Hero as well.
But no common causes or solutions... and no idea if hard- or software related.

It could be the backplane, or something else.
But this model has an issue where radio interference would cause SATA errors; and it's easy to check.
