Check network settings!
If possible, connect using SSH to cli and check with "ping" if DNS host is reachable.
Next check if DC is available.

Then provide more infos about about your netwok setup and layout.
Used IP ranges? Devices between NAS and PC? Connections?
QuFirewall enabled? If so, disable it.
Any other Firewall at PC?

I've only ever used local accounts, so may be off track, but can you access the NAS with a local admin-level account or does that get cancelled when you setup DC security?

It does sound, as mentioned above, like potentially a firewall or routing issue so knowing more about your setup (both hardware and software) would be useful?

Of course, this problem apparently happened after Raid broke down
Of course, only for me.
And it did not exist before
In other words, the user no longer has a problem on his own system that has access to another raid
And this problem is still not solved after removing the pool and volume, replacing the faulty disks, rebuilding the pool and volume

As said, without current network information no help can be given.
And why should removing/rebuilding a pool/volume fix such an issue?

As long, as we dont know the whole story whats happened, its only guesswork.

Oh boy, dont let us ask again and again... subnet mask? Without subnet mask the IP is useless as any information...

A happy news !!!!!!
The problem was solved
I knew it was simple and there was no need to check the details of the network, but unfortunately, I don't agree with taking risks
Joining again to domain solved the problem
Thanks to all friends

hi all,
Unfortunately, the problem occurred again.
in "domain security=> quick configuration wizard => DNS information => authentication information (select the domain controller)" show this message:
the nas cannot detect all the necessary information. click back and verify the setting
and no show domains
