I am new to QNAP and would like to know if en error message saying "[Q'center Agent] The connection between the NAS and Q'center is abnormal." is normal?
The RAID scrubbing is running (and has been for 12 hours), and I have been inundated with these messages all night long. I reckon it has to do with the NAS being busy with the scrubbing, and therefore the connection is up and down, but shouldn't QTS be able to handle this?

Re: Q'center Agent issues
I'm seeing the same issue, although I only get the message every couple of hours - it only started happening after the pervious firmware update, and it only seems to occur when the NAS is busy doing something - feels like a bug to me....
Q'center is running on the same NAS as the Agent which is complaining - TS-653 Pro - 4.3.6.0895 (20190328)
I have another NAS (TS-853A - 4.3.6.0895 (20190328)) running the same firmware and managed by the same Q'center and there are no errors from the agent on it.

Re: Q'center Agent issues
Have been seeing the same problem since I installed Q'center and its agents. I have two arrays - the one that reports the 'abnormal' is the array that Q'center runs on. The other array with just the agent doesn't have these issues. First time I saw it I deleted the local array from Q'center and readded it -- worked fine for a couple of weeks, then back to the abbynormal state. I autorestart my arrays Sunday night, but the problem crops up randomly.
Monitoring/management tools should be more reliable that the platforms they control, not less. I get the messages but have stopped even trying to use it.
