Problem with "Storage and Snapshots"

Post by Skeptical.me »

TS-253Be
QTS: 4.3.6.0776 Build 20181130
WD Reds 6TB x 2 RAID1

I created a Storage Pool and setup Snapshots but in reality I need all the space I can get, so I'm going to backup to an external WD Red 6TB

I want to change back to a Static volume.

However, I'm stuck. In Storage and Snapshots under Storage > Storage & Snapshots it won't load/open ... see image ... (I've restarted the NAS several times and it makes no difference, it occurred after the last QTS update):

Any ideas what I can do?

lol just my luck, search for the reason it wouldn't work the hard way, and all I had to do was to swap browsers.

I've got the same problem on the latest QuTS release and changing browser doesn't make any difference. Tried on another machine same problem. I expect I'll have to reboot the QNAP again.

At this rate I wish I'd stayed on TrueNas or looked at Synology.
