I already requested a ticket to QNAP support, but if someone can give me some hint would be fine.
All started with a power shortage while scrubbing, next morning sysyem was not accessible, no GUI, no SSH nothing, but Qfinder was able to find it.
The patient is a TS-453BU-RP 4 disks as RAID 5... after reinstalling QTS 4.5.4.2280 the UI was accessible, The drive was added back without problems, and I even managed to scrub it. but Remains unmounted untill the File System check is passed.
Unfortunatelly the File System Check, fails everytime, after couple of seconds, and the drive remains unmounted.
The drive is not encrypted.
A 10 TB drive was added to te pool recently but was working fine, for a couple of weeks.
The system has a QM2 PCI with two 1TB ssd working a cache.
My question:
Is there any way to force mount / skip fsck using SHH?
Any help will be apreciated.
Filse system check keeps failing, Volume remains unmounted.

There are some options to try (read-only, backup superblock, etc..)
But
My suggestion is:
Don't try anything when you already have a ticket and QNAP may be checking at the same time.

Re: Filse system check keeps failing, Volume remains unmounted.
Ticket was solved, all data recovered thanks to the QNAP guys.
They used the Help desk app, through Remote Support. I had to make sure SSH is active, and plug a USB drive with at least 100GB in my NAS after 4 days.
I still don't know what was the issue, but after their intervention i was able to finish the File System check, and the drive was mounted.
