TS-453mini not booting

Hi,
I'm looking for advice - after a firmware upgrade & reboot, my NAS TS-453mini is not booting anymore.
Here are the status when HDD are plugged :

Information : off
HDD1 : red permanent
HDD2 : green permanent
HDD3 : red permanent
HDD4 : green permanent
Network: orange blinking every 5-10 seconds
USB : blue permanent

Fan is starting very slowly
No beep
No BIOS screen visible on HDMI when plugged

And without HDD :

The 100 ohm resistor connected to DEBUGCN1 pin2 and JP3 pin3
Pin 1 = 3,3V
Pin 2 = Lpc clk
Pin 3 = Masse
