Lost volumes

Hello, I am new on this.
I have no experience on that...I have a problem with my TVS-471, RAID (2xHDD8Tb) Storage Pool 1 + RAID (2xHDD10Tb) Storage Pool 2.

I have lost the volumes. I am copying data from one Volume to other and QNAP crash, I reboot and no volumes ....

What I can do to restore missing volumes?

Best choice is open a ticket a QNAP support.
But prepare to restore data from backup.
