Just purchased a TS-h973AX and when setting up I'm noticing that it is not recognizing any drive inserted into SSD 1. I know this is the u.2 NVMe drive.
I am using the QDA-UMP4 with PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 NVMe SSD's.
I was thinking that this may be a compatibility issue because of the NVMe drives I purchased (Crucial 2TB P5 Plus PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 Internal SSD) but either drive works when inserted into SSD 2. Only the drive inserted into SSD 1 is not read. I've attached a screenshot from Storage & Snapshots for reference.
I have initiated a support ticket but it has taken more than a day to respond. Hoping I can get help here on how to troubleshoot.
P.S., I'm not an expert user on NAS or QTS so I may be missing something obvious. And if you need any further information from QTS you'd probably have to explain where I would find that.
