VJBOD creation problem

Hi

I am trying to create a VJBOD with two Qnap's that I have
The main NAS is a TS-451, and the remote NAS is a TS-412
In the TS-451 I can start the wizard to create a VJBOD but in the "connect to a remote QNAP NAS" screen it fails to login.
It detects the TS-412 fine, the account is grey out on "admin", I enter the correct password and press TEST. Every single time it says "failed to connect. Please ensure you have entered the correct password."
I know for sure the password is correct.
Any ideas about what is going on? Any help would be appreciated.
