Any clue on this Status lights Flashing sequence TS-451+

My NAS is non accessible and showing the below indefenite status sequence, any help is much appreciated.


- Green Power LED flashes slowly,
wait 5 sec
- Orange LAN light flashes quickly

I suggest you create a support ticket with QNAP. :geek:

Turn off and pull drives, do you get an IP address in Qfinder, reseat the drives and check access again.

I Did created the ticket, They asked me to send the unit to them.

Did this troubleshooting ... with and without drives as well the NAS is not booting up. removed the upgraded RAM as well, no luck

Sounds gone, before you give up try connecting direct to PC/laptop and make sure no antivirus is blocking Qnap Finder, or check for any unknown connected devices in switch/router.

I'm turning mine on for the first time since moving house and getting the same lights :(
Did they fix/replace it? Do you know what the problem was?

ETA: I wonder if I'm using the wrong power supply? Does anyone have a photo of the correct one please?
