the anwser of the Qnap support is :
"this constant request is due to a system design, not done in the better way, our developers confirmed that the fix would be provided in the next version of QNAP QTS4.5.0. (we will skip 4.4)"

Use RAID and external backups. RAID will protect you from disk failure, keep your system running, and data accessible while the disk is replaced, and the RAID rebuilt. Backups will allow you to recover data that is lost or corrupted, or from system failure. One does not replace the other.
