USB disk do not mount

Hi everyone
I have used 2 USB disks alternately to make copies of my TS-431 but for a few days ago my disks are no longer mounted when I connect them, if I restart the NAS it works again until the next day when I have to change the disks again.

Any thoughts?

I vaguely remember reading about a simmilar issue..don't remember if it was arm or x86/x64
