HDD Solid Red Light

Hi there
Have a Qnap NAS T121 drive

Recently the HDD light is showing solid red and the status button is flashing green.

Can still see the drive on Qfinder, but when i try and go into the admin page it says that the disk is not initialized. Reading the manual it says that this could be a Disk I/O issue, but am unsure as to what to do or how to proceed.

Further help would be appreciated

if it is a drive error, insert a new drive and start from scratch (restore from backups)

Is there any way in which i can recover the data as i dont know if i have backup?

How can you not know if you have a backup, or not?

Otherwise you'll have to do as dolbyman suggests. Be sure to bring along lots of $$$, as it is not cheap.
