CPU 100% -- qLogEngined is the cuprit

Post by johnsopa »

I have a TS-219P+ that I recently upgraded to QTS 4.3.3.0361 after several years of running without issues.

This NAS is running simply as a file server for an 8 person office. I've turned off everything that I could.

Overnight CLAMAV that used to take a few hours now is still running in the AM with only 20% completion after 10 hours. Started digging and found that qLogEngined is hogging the CPU. I have logging stopped under "system connection logs" but I can't find what else to turn off.

System temps seem fine at 34C/93F. Drives also at 31C/87F and 28C/82F.

Any suggestions for what I'm missing?

Thanks!
