Ok got you! Disk 3 failed and RAID rebuilt using the spare.
You could try this "grow" command, I've no idea!!!

Its ok now. The status on md13 is now clean, without degraded.
After restart, and check md13 and md9 (echo repair > /sys/block/md13(9)/md/sync_action) file is still read only. I will make echo repair on md1 and i will post the result.

Nothing.
The qnap is still connected but nothing was changed.
I think my problem is very serious..
I hope qnap repair my nas in this weekend.

My issue was fixed and nas work ok now. I still have a problem with the download. When one ad user are trying to download a folder (zip arhive is created by nas) the arhive is empty.
Also i wait the qnap support to tell me the reason form my problem and what were the actions they have done to work.

"Read only state was caused by damaged metadata of the pool, we've fixed that."
