Hi, we had a power outage this morning and I noticed that folder I made under the Qrecordings share is now missing without a trace. I have other folders under that share that are fine and not missing.
I can't see the folder in Windows or under WinSCP or in the Webfile manager. I have a lot of security videos there and I would like them back.
The only thing I can think of is that I had a script running to make the movie at this time, but the script does not delete or touch this folder, only the files under this folder.
What can I do to recover this folder and files and why would it not be recovered during the journal restore?
The NAS is a TS-209 Pro running with a RAID 1 configuration

recreate the share and see if the data is still on the volume (when pointing the share to its destination on the volume)
