Repeated drive errors TS651

Hello folks where ever you are.

I have a TS-651 with 6x4TB WD Reds, in a raid 5 configuration. Has been working fabulous since new which is between 3 and 4 years now.

Last week I got a SMART error on disc 5, and replaced the drive as per the recommendation given. While rebuilding that drive, I got a HDD Access History (I/O): Abnormal error on disc 2, and while I thought this was strange I did as was advised by the management software and replaced the drive. Then this morning as drive 2 was being rebuilt I get another error this time on disc 3 same I/O error.
