TS-469U, newest firmware 4.3.4.1282
I'm following the manual at the QNAP support site, but the LDAP Password is always lost after a power cycle. The password field is empty, and the Domain Security is reset to "No domain security. All other LDAP settings are kept.
When I switch to "LDAP authentication" and enter the LDAP password again, the NAS will connect to the LDAP server and I can log in using a LDAP account. But I have to configure the access rights for the Shared Folders again.
How can I save the LDAP password permanently?
(Our LDAP Server is an Apache Directory Server)

Re: How to store LDAP Server Password permanently?
open a ticket with QNAP and complain, I restarted a dozen times since I setup LDAP sync on my 853BU and never lost the password... hope for the best, as your bugfix status run out in 2018
