Hi Im a Mac user and like my QNAP TS431P

I DONT want my NAS online especially when I want to rest , but at 3am every morning this machine comes to life and makes noises..

Please will someone advise me where I can check a box to put this machine to SLEEP , the fan hasnt stopped for over a year and I dont wanna hear it wigging out at 3AM every night .... how do I disable this 3am curse ?

an answer would be terrific ... no more questionaires please ...

3am is when housekeeping tasks are started ..so move your nas out of hearing range and it should be ok
