Turn red LEDs off after a HDD fail

Post by qnvhu »

I have a TS431P (4 bays), which had two HDDs failed some days ago. There are two RAID
groups, a RAID5 with 3 HDDs and a RAID "group" with one HDD (RAID-0, for surveillance).

I changed the faulty HDDs, RAID rebuilt successfully (of course just the RAID5, RAID-0 has
been lost-but rebuilt as a new RAID-0). Now the system is OK, no error messages in the
notification area, but the upper LED ("Status") is still RED. How can I turn it off or make it GREEN?
Thank you in advance.

RAID0 needs minimum two disks...what you mean is single disk (no raid)

got a screenshot of the disk overview?

Of course, you're right, that second 'volume' is not RAID, just a single disk.
There are some attached picture about.
As you can see, even error log and notification area is also 'clear'.
The only one is a 'warning status' because 'threshold reached' for 'Storage Pool2',
which is not error and does nothing, just a state (all free space allocated).

However, the upper LED is RED now.

I looked for that setting but didn't find. Where can I find it?

Storage&Snapshots/manage pool (right click on pool)/action>set threshold (untick)

Done, thanks. The LED turned to green.
