I've had one of my disks throw an error the past couple times during raid scrubbing that suggest to run a surface scan and replace the disk if it fails.
I've run all the smart tests, and surface tests multiple times and it passes every time.
Should I worry about this drive and replace it or just keep an eye on it?

Are you using the original RAM module or have you changed that? We had some reports on the forum where this caused RAID scrubbing errors.

Re: Disk block error during scrubbing, but passes surface test
I had to dig thru emails to find my receipt I couldn't remember. I did upgrade the memory with two 8gb sticks after I bought it.
