Powered Off STORAGE

Post by managerNT »

Hello,
This morning QNAP NAS36170C has been powered off - automatically and suddenly and so on.
storage is connected on UPS APC Symmetra, and on that UPS there is also another devices. no other devices was powered off, only storage.
I tried to create ticket to qnap, but web page hasn't properly viewed - neither Edge, Chrome, Firefox..
So I can't submit ticket :(
