Hi,
My Nas TS-653B auto-updated to the Firmware 4.5.2.1630.
After restarting, the Nas was very slow and loaded the homepage of the NASall the time new but the data was accessible.
So I restarted the NAS and I came to the initialization site (the same if you put in a new hdd)
The support is not helpful at all ==> Initialize the NAS, and load in the backup.
Sadly there are some important pictures of my 2-year-old sun which I hadn't backed up yet.
Can anyone help me?
I am also not able to find the firmware version 4.5.2.1630 any more on the homepage

Bring the NAS to a data rescue company if you dont have backups
-Never set the NAS to auto update
-Always have external backups (USB drive, cloud, other NAS)
