New drive is not accessible.

Post by Absolutal »

Hello all, I hope all is well. I’m new around here but unfortunately I’ve been around long enough to have all my files QLocker’ed.
I am not good with all this setup stuff and only use this for a Plex server/backup for important files. My only drive(6tb) worked fine without any issues not including the QLocker issue. After losing everything, I decided to buy a new, larger Nas drive and then just use the old, 6tb as a snapshot/backup drive. Problem is that I installed the new 14tb drive and attached it to the original pool I currently use. It says 2 drives are attached but when I try to access it, it only shows 1 drive. I’ve tried detaching/reattaching it and also a few other things but it won’t show. Anyone have a similar problem?
I get this may be a stupid question, but I’m just lost when it comes to this stuff.

Thanks for any ideas you may have.

if you pool both single drives together, you will only see them in one pool

also never backup internally
