Hello, I am using TS-877.
I am using a TS-877. I purchased a new expansion card QM2-4P-384 and installed a WD SSD WDS200T3X0C.
When I set the SSD cache acceleration, the freezing symptom occurs immediately. It also occurs even after reverting to the standard configuration such as memory. The firmware is the latest "4.5.3.1652 Build 20210428". I'm trying to contact support, but has anyone else had the same experience?　Please help.
