Shurdown QuTS system via API

Hi,

(Hopefully this is the right forum; point me to the right place if it's not.)

I need to shutdown QuTS system from an external component; is there an API or SDK to allow this?

I am writing a program/script (in Python) to detect failure conditions and shutdown particular equipment if it does. We have a QuTS system (ZFS Storage with several hard drive) and this has been identified as needing shutting down by the program/script.

Does the QuTS system provide an API (e.g. via HTTP) or an SDK that supports this kind of operation (e.g. receive a shutdown command)?

I hope that makes sense; any question/issues pop them below.

you can automate a login via ssh and a subsequent shutdown

otherwise there is no API (that I know of) to shutdown the NAS

I was coming to the same conclusion, but I don't know the QuTS system well so thank you for confirming
