I have an iSCSI LUN configured on a RAID 1 array with 4TB disks. I've recently replaced the 4TB disks with 8TB disks and was able to successfully expand the iSCSI LUN, per the instructions, Expanding an iSCSI LUN, on the QNAP documents site. However the expanded capacity does not seem to be available to the Initiator (a Windows 2012 server) even after rebooting that machine.
Is there a step I'm missing to ensure the full capacity of this LUN is passed to the Initiator IP? Thanks!
iSCSI LUN expanded size not available to Initiator?

(sorry had to use a link shortener as the forum thinks it's clever by censoring the address)

That did it, thanks! I was spending all my time on the QNAP side of the storage equation that I missed this part about how iSCSI works. Now I know.
Appreciate it!
