I have a TS-869 Pro using a RAID 6 config with 5 Western Digital Black 3TB Drives and 1 Spare. Drive 3 failed a couple of weeks ago. When I logged into the Admin website, Disk 3 no longer appeared as part of the RAID, and Disk 8 is no longer a spare and is now part of the RAID. Additionally, my three volumes all show 'X UNMOUNTED'. I inserted a new 4TB drive and it was added to the RAID. I attempted to perform the 'Recover' command but it is grey'd out. As of now, all drives are Green-Good and my three volumes are UNMOUNTED.
Any suggestions on how to recover the volumes is appreciated.

Make sure you use NAS drives, WD black are NOT NAS drives.
Please login to the NAS via SSH and do
and post back the results

Re: UNMOUNTED VOLUMES After Disk Failure
I am replacing the bad WD Black 3TB with WD Red 4TB and will replace the others asap. I'll check via SSH later today and post the results. Thank you.

I'm installing WD4003FFBX drive..
When I log into QNAP using SSH or PUTTY, it accepts my admin creds then pauses for appx 10 seconds then returns the following:
client_loop: send disconnect: Connection reset
Any suggestions?
