Degraded mode / Not initialized?

Post by sverre.andersen »

Hello!

I have a problem...

I tried to access my TS-409 NAS this morning without any luck.

The web gui reports that I'm not recogniced as an Administator - without presenting me the login screen.

The info-status-led flash red (!)... According to the manual this means that my 3 disk RAID5 is in degraded mode.
But QNAP finder reports that the NAS is not initialized and asks me to configure it.

Any suggestions?

Hi sverre.andersen,
Please contact QNAP tech. support by using the online support form.
The config. file has been damaged.
They can fixed the NAS "not initialized" status and keep your data safe, via remote access.
