[HELP] Format Failed [FIXED]

I'm just trying to migrate my TS209pro v2.0.1(0416T) from a single disk to a RAID1 using two identical Samsung 500GB (SAMSUNG HD501LJ CR10). When I try and format it starts to format then I get the following:
Formatting failed(Cannot unmount disk).
Any thoughts?

Fixed. Delete the volume and then recreate it.
