How to migrate Raid 5 (4 disk) to Raid 5 (3 disk + spare) without loosing data becouse I see only migratie path and degration path.
Is it posible to do that there is 500 Gb in use of the 2.0 Tb.

It cannot be done. You will have to copy all data out, and recreate the raid.
Shrinking of storage area is not possible, only expansion.
