How to Raid 5 (4 disk) to Raid 5 (3 disk + spare)

How to migrate Raid 5 (4 disk) to Raid 5 (3 disk + spare) without loosing data becouse I see only migratie path and degration path.

Is it posible to do that there is 500 Gb in use of the 2.0 Tb.

It is a 409 Turbo Nas running 2.10.

It cannot be done. You will have to copy all data out, and recreate the raid.
Shrinking of storage area is not possible, only expansion.
