Symform can't access 'Remote Device Manager' after config

Hello. I have a TS-410 running firmware 4.2.0
I can configure the Symform app just fine and believe it is syncing. Once I ran the initial configuration though I can no longer access the app on the NAS. I'd like to make changes / add folders but it never opens. When I click open it just takes me to x.x.x.x:59234 and sits there.

Any thoughts?

Has happened to me too.
If I log into http://control.symform.com I can see that my Qnap gave Symform a heartbeat 9 minuttes ago, but the folders I've selected haven't sync'ed for about 24 hours.

Seems like there's an issue with the Symform software running on the 4.2.1, which I'm running.

I've opened a ticket with symform... maybe they'll look into it....

Apparently this problem solved it self for me after a couple of hours... Hope yours do to.
