Syform not recognize .dmg .sparsebundle?

Hello guys

i've tired to backup my aperture vault using symforn unfortunately it show 0 file in the folder when instead there is a 120 GB DMG

any solution?

Hello Illidan155,

I understand your concern about Symform detecting the .dmg and .sparsebundle file types. Yes, Symform does detect those files types and will upload them to the cloud folder. In reviewing your device node, sync was working on the files, however; it detected that you had deleted the folder, and then re-created it.

Symform only works on one folder at a time, and you will not see an update on the other folders until it is done with the current folder.
