I'm having an issue with two iMacs on Sierra (one on 10.12.3, one on 10.12.1), where they cannot index the network share (connected through AFP). In terminal, if I do "mdutil /Volumes/name -i on" it just says "indexing disabled". I have another iMac that is on El Cap, which is able to index the share.
Any ideas? Anyone out there with Sierra that can test? Thanks!
