File structure and Minimserver display not synched

File structure and Minimserver display not synched

Hi, I looked at one of the volumes of my QNap TS212P NAS drive at a folder and its contents. However, in Minimserver, the contents for the artist are different. Can anyone tell me why this might be? Could the two drives on the NAS be picking up different things? And if so, how to I sync them onto one drive? Thanks
