After 4.3.3.0262 firmware update, Mac Finder searches no longer work

Client is iMac running OS 10.8.5

Nobody in the Firmware topic seems to be aware of this, so I'm trying it here.

Everything worked perfectly prior to installing the firmware update.

After installing the 4.3.3.0262 Build 20170727 firmware update, files stored on the TS-453 Pro prior to the update can no longer be found through a Mac Finder search.

New files stored since the update CAN be found, but with incorrect paths and filenames displayed.

More Detail:

In FileStation, files and directories are found correctly with the correct paths. In Mac Finder, however, the file or directory is found but the filename and path showing in the Status Bar at the bottom of the Finder window are completely wrong... wrong file, wrong path. It seems like somehow the firmware update messed up the mapping of items on the drives (RAID 5), but I don't know what to do to fix it. Has anyone heard of this happening after a firmware update?

UPDATE: Files created prior to the firmware update cannot be found at all. Mac Finder search finds the files created AFTER the FW update, but those files are as described above... filename and path are completely wrong, and are pointing to different files on the server.

Anyone have an idea why this would be happening?

My 453 Pro running same version works fine with Mac lastest OSx release. Could be related to corrupted AFP database files, which QNAP has seen before as part of 4.3 upgrade. Open a helpdesk ticket and they should be able to walk you through fixing it.
