Slow speed on TS-453BT3 via thunderbolt 3 on SSD NVME

Hi,
I've changed the 10GBE adapter with a QM2-2P-384 card to install 2 SSD NVME m2 Samsung EVO 970 (250GB each) to create a high speed work volume (using a macbook pro 2017 with thunderbolt 3 cable) but the top speed is 300Mb/s Write and 500Mb/s Read, the same as the archive volume (4x6TB Red Pro RAID-5). The internal utility of the NAS is reading 800Mb/s speed from the SSDs.
Why the speed is the same on both volume? Both on AFP and SMB (with signing off) protocol?
Should I try iSCSI?
