I'm trying to get file speeds to properly reflect the 10GB connection I am using. I have several QNA-T310G1S connected to multiple Macs. I have my switch (Unifi 16XG) set for Jumbo Frames and flow control... I have Macs set to Jumbo frames... iperf is showing around 7 to 8 GB/s as this varies, but my transfer speeds are still around 1GB speeds. All the computers are SSD and the server they are writing to is a Windows 2019 server running a fast RAID (SSD too). Anyone have any tips to get the transfer speed up? smb and ftp speeds are about the same.

Hoping someone has been down this path and can offer some advice. Thanks.
