QNAP Not Mounting All Volumes

Post by stackemup »

I recently installed a brand new TVS-872XT. After a few days of use, I find that all of the volumes do not mount. I only have 2 volumes on the network drive. Here are the steps I take.
- Refresh the Qfinder
- Network Drives prompt to Mount appears. I click OK
- Select the volumes you want to mount. I select both volumes and click on OK
- A new window appears and I can see only one of the volumes
- I hit refresh, it show both volumes as mounted

If I select the Location, the page goes blank and above the file name says Not Connected. (See attached image). If I click on the Connect As, the network drive is disconnected.
The only way I can get to the other volume is to only select it or restart my computer. Any suggestions on how to get both volumes to consistently mount?

macOS Catalina V 10.15.5
2013 Mac Pro
Connected via thunderbolt 3
TVS-872XT
Firmware V 4.4.3.1354
