Random folder created for word docs…

Hello,

I have 3 macs running mojave connected to a qnap.
I recently switched from afp file sharing to smb, at it security request. Beside all the trouble with file names being shorted and random, which i fixed using the “use long names” options in the file station, now for every word document save i get a folder with a unique id that contains the same word docx as the one in root, the original file.

Is there a fix for these temp folders or anything?

I have found plenty of threads about this .. it's a Mac/Office issue, has nothing to do with QNAP
