I keep getting this error when connecting to a shared folder. Only the Administrator to the QNAP TS-h973AX unit can map to any shared folders.

Here's what I have.

1. UserA has RW access to the UserA shared folder
2. UserA is in the Operator group
3. Operator group also have RW access on the UserA shared folder

MacBook Pro connecting to:
smb://192.168.1.140/UserA

After typing the user name and password, here's the error.

Any suggestion is much appreciated. Thank you!

Okay, using the Qfinder Pro to map, I was able to map to some of my folders except one. This folder does not show up in this window.

The one that's greyed out, I already mapped them.
Here's a screen capture of the File Station that shows the Media folder is there. The ControlPanel --> UserA's Shared Folder Permission showed that this person has RW access to this Media folder.
