Write only folder for Mac users

Post by airhockey »

So I have created a folder with write only permissions so Mac students can copy up homework to a folder but not modify it etc.. Everything works fine till they upload the file it says they cannot copy the file because they cannot read it. I really need to get this feature working any ideas?

Not-sure this can be done. If you provide write-access so they can upload files, you’re also giving them the ability to change existing files.

If you had a QuTS NAS you can setup WORM shares (Write Once Read Many)
