Unable to get BitTorrent Sync to work

The 3rd party BitTorrent Sync app uses the P2P (peer-to-peer) protocol to synchronize an unlimited number of files (stored on the NAS) between your devices. Your data is not stored on a server in the cloud but is protected using private keys during file transmission.

I get an error saying my time's are off, linking to http://help.getsync.com/hc/en-us/articles/204753599

But both my clocks are synced and in the same timezone.
May this help you!

I have the same problem on a TS-419.

Problems:
  • accessing to the GUI very slowly (also 20 minutes) or not accessing at all;
  • ridiculous slow speed on LAN;
  • Sometimes even visible as an online peer from other devices.
I think the problem is the low resources on the NAS. But it should not require so much resources.
