Advanced Settings

The 3rd party BitTorrent Sync app uses the P2P (peer-to-peer) protocol to synchronize an unlimited number of files (stored on the NAS) between your devices. Your data is not stored on a server in the cloud but is protected using private keys during file transmission.

Advanced Settings

Post by doltish »

Is there any way to set any of the more advanced settings for BTSync? I'm talking about sync_trash_ttl, folder_rescan_interval, that sort of thing. I've combed through all the files in the qpkg folder but haven't been able to find any reference to these. Are they hardcoded into the qpkg? Is there any way to modify them?

I'm also interested in this. I uninstalled it some weeks ago because it was always scanning, as I have a lot of files. I would like to be able to set a bigger scan interval, as done in desktop version. Have you test the 2.2 version? Is it possible to set advanced properties?

The link is from the official developer. It's for another issue but it will reply to your question.
