Internal server error - [1019001]

Good morning,

from today when I try to connect with my account "@gmail.com" on the site https://account.qnap.com/
it gives me the error "Internal server error. - [1019001]" and does not let me access I also tried to reset the password but nothing.

Someone can help me

This is a user forum, no need to post any private details here (best to remove that email , unless you want spambots to pick it up)

Open a ticket with QNAP support (they do not come here)

Getting the same error code when trying to log on:
Internal Server Error. - [1019001]

Also not possible to log in to customer support portal at the moment. Only error code showing:
{"message": "Unknown Error.", "code": 1000001}

So seems to me that Qnap are having problems, at least when i
i am trying to use their services.

trying to submit a ticket but to do so I have to be logged. Problem is i cannot log in with the same 1000001 error. Anyone knows how to contact support without logginng in to the system?

QNAPCLOUD down

myqnapcloud seems to be down, at least at present no possibiity to connect to NAS (in Germany) while in UK. Strange that even a connect with the blank IP would not work. Trying to log into https://account.qnap.com/ results in

Anyone else having same issues?

Looks like. Nothing working: VPN, QSYNC on PC or mobile, and the page https://status.myqnapcloud.com/service_status shows all status green, but also trying to login to report an issue to support fails as login ain't possible...
weird :S

Hi people, I hate to zombify this old thread but did anybody ever find out what happened? Or even better, a solution?
Since last night I can't login to my account anymore either, neither by app nor by browser, just like the description above.

I'd like to open a support ticket but since I can't login this option is off the table.

Poobably temporary downtime of qnap services..a guess

You can always try to contact qnap via reddit or twitter

send them an email
call them
