I installed Cloudlink on a TS-87OU-RP (firmware 4.1.1) and it works great for the first user. When we login to myqnapcloud.com we get a nice web based interface for the file structure where we can share links, etc, etc.
We added another user to myqnapcloud.com and browsed to find our Qnap and added it as a favorite just fine. When we login, we have two "published apps"-QTS Desktop and FileStation. I can click on Filestation to get access to the files but its not the same web interface where we can share links, etc. How do I get other myqnapcloud accounts to have the same web based interface as the first one we setup?? What am I missing?
Thanks! Robert

Re: Web interface vs Desktop
QNAP is working on this already. Owners will be able to configure a list of QID permitting these to access the shared folders - protected by NAS credentials of course.

Yes, however this is not what you are looking for...schogobong wrote:Was this ever implemented?
The "normal" Qsync folder and the Qsync Team folder rre not accessible over the www.myqnapcloud.com Web portal.schogobong wrote:I can't seem to figure out how to get my qsync files to show up on myqnapcloud.com

Thanks for your reply!
I just found a way to see my QSync files in myqnaploud.com.
I just had to make my hidden files visible.

Not a good idea ... there are several reaons why the .Qsync folder was intentionally hidden. You will bypass the higher level Qsync application, it's database, where many things are handled, including versioning for example.schogobong wrote:I just found a way to see my QSync files in myqnaploud.com. So best would be to go through the qnap desktop (qlink.to)?

Access to Qsync folders and team folders can be done by Qsync application, by Qfile, by File Station. To my knowledge, the Qsync folders are not available through the www.myqnapcloud.com portal share/folder/file view.
