When I log into the NAS via myQNAPcloud, I am often met with this message:
I have the latest Cloudlink version installed. And if I simply click Reconnect in the CloudLink app, within 30 seconds, everything is back to normal. And during this time I can use the NAS via mapped network drives on 5-10 connected devices. Please install the CloudLink QPKG
myQNAPcloud is unable to access your files and share links through CloudLink. Verify that the latest CloudLink QPKG is installed and that the status of the service is "Normal".
When I check the system logs I see this message:
I am quite confident the device is connected to the Internet via two different ISPs, and UDP traffic should not be blocked because, as I said earlier, I just click "Reconnect", and CloudLink works fine a few seconds later without changing any UDP traffic settings.Information 2017/02/21 09:48:36 System 127.0.0.1 localhost [myQNAPcloud] CloudLink service for mobile and PC applications is not available. You may not be able to access your QNAP device via QNAP mobile apps or PC utilities via CloudLink. Please make sure your device is connected to the Internet and the UDP traffic is not blocked. error code: [3]
Anyone have ideas on how to ensure a more reliable and stable CloudLink connection?
Thank you in advance!
