Hello,
I need help setting up myQNAPcloud for remote access. I primarily want to use Qsync, but to use Qsync remotely I need to fix whatever is going on with myQNAPcloud. I believe it is a router issue. I have UPnP enabled on the router.
My network is as follows:
Modem > Router > Switch > NAS
Please see attached image for further clarification.
