Problem to access my QNAP files from internet

Hello,

I recently moved from firmware 3.8.3 to 4.2.4 (because i had to change 2TB to 4TB, otherwise i won't have change this myself).
Not sure if this is because of this firmware change, or a change by my ISP in my "Livebox" router with IPV6 ect.., but now i seems impossible to have the functionnality of the old "web filemanager" access from the internet (a interesting functionnality i sometimes use, but not often).
What i can do from intranet : http://myqnap119:8080/filestation/ or https://myqnap119/filestation/
i can't do it from internet : http://myrouterwanip:8080/filestation/ or https:/myrouterwanip/filestation/
However, i have, among others, these NAT/PAT rules defined in my "Livebox" router :
service internalport externalport protocol device
Web Server (HTTP) 80 80 TCP MyQNAP119
Secure Web Server (HTTPS) 443 443 TCP MyQNAP119
WebFileManager not secured 8080 8080 TCP MyQNAP119
And i have also, among others, these Upnp automatic rules defined (i am a bit confused by the ports numbers 8081 & 8082):
XXX-Web Admin MyQNAP119IP 8082 8080 TCP
XXX-Secure Web Serve MyQNAP119IP 8081 8081 TCP
There is however (only) one thing i can do from internet (means "from my routerwanip") : an unsecure FTP connection using filezilla (sftp not working, i don't know why).

After some unsuccessfull tries i have decided to try the "QNAP Cloud" alternative. Some problems are displayed :
In the QNAP web admin, in myQNAPcloud / overview, the network connectivity is :
automatic router configuration : state OK, Web connectivity : NOT OK, CloudLink OK, DDNS OK
In myQNAPcloud / router automatic configuration, there are the following errors :
In Diagnostics, NAT PMP is partialy not OK (UPnP seems fine) :
readnatpmpresponseorretry returned -100 (TRY AGAIN)
readnatpmpresponseorretry returned -100 (TRY AGAIN)
readnatpmpresponseorretry returned -7 (FAILED)
And below i have :
Error on "Secure Web NAS" port 443 TCP + Error on "Web Server" port 80 TCP
(whereas "Web NAS" and "Secure Web Server" are OK)
However, i can access https://www.myqnapcloud.com/ (after ABP deactivation). (i can't access myqnap119.myqnapcloud.com because of my "private" setting)

So, i have some errors, can't do everything i want (can't do direct access = without myqnapcloud), but at least i can use myqnapcloud
